Crewe Lyceum Theatre

Crewe Lyceum

The historic Crewe Lyceum Theatre, originally built in 1887, presents a range of superb shows from drama, ballet, classical music to musicals, comedy and pantomime making it the ideal choice for groups looking for great entertainment.

The Lyceum offers attractive group rates for many of its shows for groups of 10 or more (plus group bookings are exempt from paying the usual per ticket booking fees). We also offer FREE tours and orientation visits for groups (by appointment). Quarry Bank Mill

Quarry Bank Mill

Quarry Bank Mill overflows with the atmosphere of the Industrial Revolution. A visit to the cotton mill, powered by Europe's most powerful working waterwheel, will certainly stimulate your senses.

This restored Georgian cotton mill tells the story of 'King Cotton' from raw cotton to finished cloth.

The process is brought to life by machine demonstrators and interactive displays. Interpretation panels illustrate the world of the mill workers and the Apprentice House recreates the lives of the child workers. The recently restored garden offers the chance to explore the private recreation area of the Greg family. Quarry Bank Mill offer their group visitors guided tours and out of hours tours for an additional charge. On site they have a Mill restaurant which can cater up to 90 covers and they also offer a set menu and private room hire. There is coach parking available with a shuttle service from the car park down to the attraction.They recommend that groups spend 1 ½hrs minimum to visit Mill, 2 ½hrs to visit Mill and Apprentice House or Mill and Quarry Bank House Garden.

Anderton Boat Lift

Anderton Boat LiftWhether you’re an engineering enthusiast or history fanatic, the magnificent Anderton Boat Lift will not fail to amaze. Nestling in the heart of Cheshire the Anderton Boat Lift is an ideal attraction for many groups whether on a day trip or short break.

At Anderton they offer a FREE familiarisation visit for the group organiser (by prior appointment). All of their group visits receive a FREE meet and greet, and there is FREE entry for the organiser and coach driver. They also offer a range of great group travel offers. Why not try their afternoon tea offer and get a lift and river trip plus a fruit scone, clotted cream, jam and a pot of tea all for just £11.30.

Tatton Park

Tatton ParkTatton Park is one of the UK’s most complete historic estates. The Mansion, Gardens, Farm, Old Hall, 1,000 acre deer park and speciality shops offer something for everyone along with over 100 events annually.

Coaches can enter the park for free, avoiding the usual vehicle park entry fee of £5.00 and can then park for free for the duration of their visit. They offer groups a range of benefits including a free familiarisation visit for the group organiser who they will then work with to put together specific itineraries.

There is a discounted admission to all of the four quite individual attractions: the Neo-Classical Mansion, 50 acres of Gardens, Tudor Old Hall and working Farm. In addition to the group attraction entry price there is also a restaurant meal package available for lunch and high tea in the stable restaurant and a Restaurant voucher for the coach driver
